User Agreement: By visiting and using our site, you agree to our Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any of the terms, please do not use our site.
Intellectual Property: All material on our site, including text, images, logos and designs, is copyrighted and proprietary to us. Use or distribution of these materials without our consent is prohibited.

2. Product/Pricing Policy
1. Services offered by Yes Flowers require payment.
2. All work and merchandise shown on the website is for presentation purposes only. Product images on the website are for presentation purposes only. Colors may vary depending on several factors such as: the effect of light while posing, the device you are viewing from, image editing, etc., and may differ from the final product.
Each flower arrangement is individual and may differ in packaging, appearance, size, etc. Depending on seasonal factors, available stock or working techniques used, there may be some variations in the quantity and range of plants/flowers. Thus, the final product may differ from what is shown on the website or elsewhere on the internet. However, every effort will be made in each floral arrangement to ensure that the value of the final product and overall appearance/characteristics are exactly as shown. If a particular range of plants/flowers are out of stock at the time of placing an order, or if the quality of flowers received from our suppliers is not of the optimum standard, we reserve the right to substitute the relevant range with a similar style and of the same or higher value. If the substitution is substantial, we will make every effort to contact Clint and ask him to agree to this change. Supporting plants (leaves, greenery) and vases are subject to change without notice as the items on the website are for presentation purposes only. In the event that the Contractor, despite best efforts, is unable to contact the Client by the previously used means of communication, the Client's consent to the changes necessary for the production and delivery of the products shall be deemed implied.
3. Payment of the cost of composition and delivery of floral composition, as well as the sale and delivery of related products is made by the buyer in full in advance by any method selected from the section "Method of payment" on the site or offered by the operator, except for orders accepted for the bride's bouquet, wedding jewelry, wedding buffets.
4. The minimum amount of the order registered on the website is 500 lei.
5. Yes Flowers' liability for claims for services or their fulfillment is limited only to the amount paid by the buyer.
6. In case of modifying the order by adding additional products, changing the text of the greeting card, etc., the buyer is obliged to notify us, by phone, by e-mail or by personal appearance at the Yes Flowers head office in Alexandru Puskin 7, at least 5 hours before the delivery of the order. In case of failure to comply with this condition Yes Flowers will not be responsible for changes desired and requested by the Customer. In case the Client notifies the Executor only 4 hours before he wishes to change the bouquet in the order, it will have to be paid in full.
7. The making of a purchase by the Holder implies the Holder's obligation to pay for the relevant order in one of the ways indicated, as well as confirmation that the information provided about the Client and, if applicable, about the recipient (if different from the Holder), is true, accurate and complete.
7.1 Adding goods to the cart without completing the order does not result in automatic order registration or automatic reservation of goods.
7.2 By completing the order, the Customer confirms that the data provided is correct and complete and that the Seller has the right to contact the Customer if necessary.
7.3 If the Customer does not contact the Seller immediately to report any errors in their order, the Seller will assume that the Customer accepts the details of the order (prices, products, delivery or billing information, etc.) as stated.
8 The Seller may cancel an order with prior notice to the Holder, without imposing any additional obligations on either party and without being entitled to claim damages from the other party. This applies to situations where the goods do not correspond to the delivery details, there are errors in the pricing or description of the goods, payment has not been completed in the case of payment by card or bank transfer, the information provided by the Holder is incorrect or incomplete, the Holder is under the age of majority or the Holder has not fulfilled his obligations to the Seller in the past. If the Holder has made a prepayment, this amount will be refunded in full if the order is canceled.
8.1 If the buyer violates these terms and conditions, the online store has the right to stop providing services until the elimination of violations and reimbursement of losses incurred by the store as a result of this, or to terminate the contract on the provision of services, notifying the buyer at the e-mail address specified when placing the order.
9. Cancellation of the order can only be made by phone or at the supplier's premises at least 5 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
10. Same day and next night orders will be accepted until 8:00 pm.
11. Yes Flowers cannot be penalized for not providing additional free services such as: sending SMS delivery confirmation, sending a delivery photo to the customer's email address, delivering a greeting card.
12. Placing orders online (on the website) is possible 24/24, 7 days a week.
3. Payment of products
1. Payment of the order can be made online, by credit card via the PayNet payment system or by bank transfer. Payment can also be made at the time of delivery in cash. The products ordered must be paid for in full in advance and delivery will only be made once payment has been received.

4. Delivery service Chisinau and other localities
1. Service delivery terms/contract duration are discussed for each individual application and are included in the service contract/firm order.
2. We deliver flowers and gifts throughout the Republic of Moldova. The cost of a delivery is different for each locality.
3. In Chisinau, as well as in the suburbs, the order is delivered within 2 to 5 hours after payment.
Yes Flowers cannot guarantee the time and day desired by the Customer for delivery of fresh products to the recipient. However, it assumes the solution of possible situations of delay / inability of the courier to deliver, by applying the repeated delivery system. The Customer also has the possibility to opt for delivery of fresh products by a local Yes Flowers partner florist. In the event that none of these options are accepted by the Client or, for unforeseeable reasons, not depending on Yes Flowers, does not ensure the order is honoured, Yes Flowers will proceed with the total/partial refund of the price paid by the Client. In case the Customer opts for the option where the product is prepared and delivered by a local Yes Flowers partner, the Customer assumes that the product - flower arrangement - may not be identical to the one shown in the picture on the website, considering the following possible reasons: flowers/plants are seasonal products, the available stock of the Yes Flowers partner may vary, depending on the region/period of the year, auxiliary products and accessories may vary depending on the available stock.
Yes Flowers assumes that all these aspects will be communicated to the Customer before the product is produced and delivered.
After receipt of the Customer's agreement to changes in the content and production of the product, Yes Flowers does not assume the obligation of repeated delivery, return of products or refund of the price paid. Exceptionally, the Service Provider will ensure repeated delivery or return/refund of the total/partial price, in the event that the product delivered by the local partner presents irregularities, such as: wilted, broken, non-conforming plants/flowers according to the criteria agreed by the parties or non-conforming auxiliary products/accessories.
5. If the Customer does not know the recipient's address, the Customer shall give us the telephone number where the recipient can be reached. Subsequently, the date, place and time of delivery shall be agreed with him. If the recipient refuses to receive the flowers for any reason, the delivery shall be deemed to have been carried out and the price shall not be refunded.
6. When requesting the delivery of the order based on the name on facebook/instagram, Yes Flowers guarantees the full refund of the price to the order holder in case the person cannot be found. If the recipient refuses to receive the flowers for any reason, the delivery is considered executed and the price is not refundable. If the recipient refuses to provide us with personal data, the delivery is considered cancelled and the price will be refunded to the Customer.
7. Delivery in the city of Chisinau and its suburbs is made within 2-5 hours after placing and paying the order. The delivery is made within the hours indicated by the Client, during the completion of the order on the website.
8. When executing the order with delivery to hotels, campsites, etc., the Buyer indicates the room number and registration name of the recipient (or a group, for example - Mr. and Mrs.). The order in a hotel can be delivered only to the reception. Because in many hotels it is not allowed to pass delivery services beyond the reception, delivery to the reception on the appointed date is considered as an executed order. We are not responsible for late orders or non-delivery due to wrong address of the hotel, or early departure of the recipient from the hotel, change of number of apartments, etc.
9.The accuracy of the delivery depends on the data about the recipient, which the Customer provides to us. Therefore, please carry out the enquiry carefully, and if necessary, mention in the comments of the order the specific data (staircase door code, which department they work in, etc.).
10. Yes Flowers couriers deliver only products from www.yesflowers.md. We do not deliver other gifts sent by the Customer or other third parties.
11. The cost of a delivery is different for each locality. In Chișinău simple delivery, within the time intervals available on www.yesflowers.md, is free for floral products. For the other localities, including its suburbs, delivery is against cost. Please check the delivery department.
11.1 Bouquets and floral arrangements benefit from free delivery in Chisinau, if the order amount is more than 500 lei. For additional products (e.g. plush toys, balloons, sweets, drinks and products that do not contain flowers or floral arrangements) delivery is against cost.
12. The customer must indicate the exact address of the recipient. If the customer does not know the delivery address, Yes Flowers reserves the right to call the recipient to find out the exact delivery address. In the event of providing incorrect or incomplete data necessary for the execution of the delivery, absence of the recipient at the indicated address, the Customer will be notified of the changes in the order status and the recipient will be called to confirm the correctness of the delivery data. If the addressee is at a different address, the bouquet will be delivered as soon as possible to the new address, but only after the Customer has paid the amount for the repeat delivery:
85 lei - the cost for the city;
For all other destinations the repeated delivery is the amount of the original delivery.
If the recipient is not at the indicated address and/or is not available, the bouquet will be returned to the company. Within 72 hours, if the recipient cannot be found even with the help of the Customer, the order is considered delivered and the price is not refunded.
V. Payment and product return policy
1. If the customer is not satisfied with the way the order was executed or the quality of the delivered products, please contact us within 24 hours from the time of delivery. As flowers are a slightly alterable product we will not be able to replace the product or return the amount paid if we are not informed in time about this problem. In case of failure to complete the order correctly and paid for due to the fault of Yes Flowers we guarantee a full refund of the amount paid.
In the event that, after evaluation of the situation, the parties agree to apply the provisions concerning the refund of the price, Yes Flowers assumes the full refund of the price only in the event that the Customer returns all the non-perishable products in the condition in which they were received at destination. Otherwise, if the Customer chooses to keep the non-perishable products, Yes Flowers will apply the policy of partial refund of the price, in concrete terms, the Service Provider will only refund the value of the perishable products that have been found to be non-conforming at the time of delivery.
2. In case of cancellation of the order (not more than 24 hours), we guarantee the full refund of the price paid.
4. On orders with additional products against cost (special delivery, fixed time, etc.): when the parameters not respected in the order are not met, Yes Flowers will refund part of the price for the omitted service.
5. According to the provisions of the Government Decision No. 1465 of 08-12-2003 on the approval of the Rules for the replacement of non-food products and guarantee terms, perishable products are not eligible for return. This category includes flowers, bouquets, wreaths, wreaths and floral arrangements, cosmetics, toys, etc.
6. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, including original packaging, with all accessories and documentation undamaged. In the case of products sold as a set, the entire set must be returned as a whole.
7. Cut flowers and decorative elements (items that have been subject to initial changes are not subject to return, exchange or return, in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to Government Resolution No. 1465 of 08.12.2003 (MO248-253/19.12.2003) as amended by Government Resolution No. 1188 of 11.02.2007 (MO175/11.09.2007).
8. If we find that the above conditions are not met, we will refuse payment of the value of the returned products and re-ship the parcel to the Buyer, who will have to bear the costs of re-shipment. If the returned product shows signs of wear, use, scratches, dents, damaged packaging or is incomplete, and accessories or documentation are missing, the Seller reserves the right to decide whether to accept the return or to deduct an amount from its value. This amount will be determined after assessing the damage to the returned product.
6. Force majeure and dispute resolution
1. If an event considered to be force majeure prevents a party from fulfilling its contractual obligations, the fulfilment of the obligations shall be postponed for the duration of the force majeure. These events only relieve the party from performing its obligations if they make it impossible to fulfil the requirements of the contract, not if performance becomes more difficult or costly.
Yes Flowers and its partners cannot be held liable for any delay or error resulting directly or indirectly in causes beyond their control. This exoneration includes, but is not limited to: technical equipment malfunctions, internet/telephone connection failure, computer viruses, unauthorized access to Yes Flowers systems, operating errors, as well as any other cases of force majeure stipulated by the legislation in force.
2. Any dispute arising from the use of the service will be settled amicably. If the dispute has not been settled amicably, the courts of Moldova shall have jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the customer fully assumes these risks.
7. Obligation of confidentiality of personal data
1. The Supplier will keep the data of all its customers, the Customer's usernames/names and passwords confidential. The Provider will not share this information nor will it pass it on, for a fee, to third parties.
2. Please read our website privacy policy carefully as it explains how we collect and use information about our Customers.
3. By contracting our services, the Client agrees that the Provider may use his/her personal data in the ways described in this privacy policy, in accordance with the Law No. 133 of 08-07-2011 on the protection of personal data, which entered into force on 14-10-2011 in the Official Gazette No. 170-175 art. 492, AMENDED LP52 of 12.03.20, MO84/14.03.20 art.88; in force 14.03.20 https://www.legis.md/cautare/getResults?doc_id=120905⟪=ro
4. "Personal data" refers to "any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person" as defined in Article 4 (1)(1) of the GDPR. The categories and types of personal data processed by the Provider are:
- Full name
- Address
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Bank account and other financial details
-Username and passwords
5. The Privacy Notice governs the collection, storage and use of personal information collected by the Service Provider, through its tools, website and any third parties with whom the Service Provider collaborates for the purpose of fulfilling its contractual obligations.The Service Provider uses the Customer's information to provide any information and services the Customer has requested or any products the Customer has ordered, in order to:
- enable it to administer an account for the benefit of the Customer.
- enable him to receive payment for products and services provided
- enable it to respond to Communications from the Customer, etc.
6. Personal information is processed only on the basis of a legitimate interest in providing the Customer with products and services. Access to this data is allowed only to authorised personnel. The Service Provider shall keep the Customer's information secure by taking appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage. The Provider will never misappropriate the information provided by the Client to third parties and will not use the Client's personal details for marketing purposes unless the Client has expressly consented to such operations.
7. The Service Provider will disclose the Client's information if compelled to do so by law or by enforcement authorities or at the request of a third party in the context of actual or imminent legal proceedings, provided that the Service Provider is able to do so without violating data protection laws. Customer data will be stored for the duration of the main contract. The Service Provider may be required to store Customer Data for longer periods to comply with legal, contractual or compliance obligations.
8. The Client has the right:
- At any time and free of charge, to request the Service Provider to provide him with copies of all personal information about him.
- request the Service Provider to amend, correct or update the personal information it holds about him.
- ask to opt out of any marketing communications he may receive from the Provider
- request the Provider to delete any personal information it holds about him/her.
Final clauses
1.The customer undertakes, at the time of providing the information necessary for the execution of the order, to comply with the rules of the legislation in force. (Example: not to use in the text of the greeting inappropriate, vulgar, discriminatory vocabulary, etc., not to use the services of the shop by way of bribery, not to use the delivery service workers to enter places with prohibited access or to put them in situations that would imply other violations of the law).
2 The customer is obliged to comply with the law and provide truthful data when placing the order.
3. Without contradicting the above stipulations, Yes Flowers is released from liability in case of non-fulfillment of the given conditions, if this occurs as a result of force majeure factors, including actions of state bodies, fire, flood, earthquake, other natural calamities, power failure, unstable work of computer networks, strikes, and other cases, not included in the list, which may influence the execution of the order.
4. On public holidays, such as 14 February, 1 and 8 March, Christmas, Easter or other holidays that involve a higher flow of orders, we reserve the right not to transmit the photo witness.
